We are looking for help in the following areas:
- Programming and planning spaces, qualitatively and quantitatively
- Data analysis (survey, external data sets, and space-related) in excel and Tableau
- Development of client presentations, reports, and videos
- Planning, conducting, and documenting user research activities (surveys, workshops, observations, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
- Supporting team in facilitating client workshops
More about you:
- A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture, related field, or design strategy with 2-6 years of experience, plus interest and experience in user research, environmental psychology, organizational design, or business
- Passion and experience with user-centered design and design thinking
- Proficient in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel, preferably Tableau as well but not necessary
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
